If anyone out there is a veteran NG 8-bit junkie like me, might any of you remember a song way back in the day that sounded like the file I've linked below? I remember it, but I lost a good bit of my old Newgrounds music, and I'm dying to hear this song again. I seem to recall the original creator of the song deleting his work off Newgrounds, so it might be hard to find...
This is what I could remember of the beginning to remake it, in hopes SOMEONE might remember it. The link is to a short WAV file from my Google Drive.

It sounds like a sort of Mega Man remix of sorts. Or at least it used that particular sound font. Otherwise it seems kind of original. Can't say I've heard of it until now. But if I were to wager a time period, I'd say somewhere from the 2009 era. Anything before that wouldn't seem right. Best of luck Ferrex.
